I love to represent few of my images in black and white because of the simplicity, minimalism and the ability to get rid of distractions. To restore the original focus of the image, sometime it is helpful to display the picture in black and white shades. This way, the story of the image becomes the ruler and the look becomes less important. Black and white makes images more imaginative and mysterious. I feel the aesthetic of black and white image is timeless.
